Owners Adam Keating and Lee O’Neill built their business on the premise that luxury means a 5 star commitment – from the moment an enquiry is received to the day the guests leave for home, the founders set about building a portfolio of villas and a team to deliver the vision.

Adam first visited Koh Samui as an open eyed backpacker travelling around SE.

Asia in 1989 and continued to visit for holidays over the years until finally settling here in 2005. Adam previously worked in the finance world for ICAP Plc serving clients like Credit Suisse and JP Morgan, until his passion for travel persuaded him to seek an alternative venture.

Now responsible for reservations and marketing Adam takes great pride in ensuring everything runs efficiently and guests leave with only happy memories. Adam interests include rugby, golf, and tennis.

Lee comes to us from a contracts and finance background and previously worked as regional manager for some of the biggest names in house building and asset leasing.

Lee is responsible for all financial and legal affairs and ensuring the company remains in good health for future growth.

Sporting wise Lee previously played rugby for teams in South Africa, Austrialia and the UK.
