    luxuryvillasamui.com is a trading style of Luxury Asia Lifestyles Co Ltd, founded in 2009 when three local expatriates Adam Keating, Lee O’Neill and Nic Llaanemets, decided that the villa industry on Koh Samui needed to change gear.

    Built on the premise that luxury means a 5 star commitment from the moment an enquiry is received to the day the guests leave for home they set about building a portfolio of villas and team to deliver the vision.
