Villa Lipe is a well-appointed, spacious and modern two-bedroom, three-bathroom, pool villa just 10 minutes from the major restaurant, shopping and nightlife scene. Yet its privacy and elevated position in the hills above Chaweng Noi ensure peace and tranquility precisely when you want it.

Outdoors it has a wonderful terrace with excellent views to the ocean, lake, bays and ornate flora below. There are sun-loungers and comfy outdoor seating to relax upon and of course a fabulous infinity pool that almost implores you to dive in immediately. You could spend your entire vacation al fresco and love every minute of it.

Indoors there is a large air-conditioned, open-plan living room, dining room, downstairs bathroom and modern kitchen. And no matter where you sit inside, the picture perfect view of the ocean is always there as the villa has floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The sofas face a wall-mounted TV that streams Netflix and has an integrated sound system, there’s an ample sized dining table for four and a fully-fitted western-style kitchen. It has a cooking hob, an oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you could ever need. And a continental or Chinese breakfast is served every day by the in-house team in your villa. We can also arrange for a private chef to come to your villa and prepare locally sourced produce from the markets for you to enjoy in the comfort of your villa. Villa Lipe has also been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with Thai arts and crafts with additional wood carvings and candles throughout adding to the serene and calming ambience.

Villa Lipe has two extensive en-suite bedrooms above the living area, one with a King-size bed and the other a twin-bed room. Both of the bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, have sofas, a work desk for a laptop, plenty of storage space, a safe for your valuables and a connecting balcony to relax in the shade on loungers. The open-plan en-suite bathrooms have a double sink, a powerful rain shower, toilet and further storage space. Plus the bathrooms have been designed in such a way that you can see out to the ocean view from a window in the bathroom but you can’t see in. It’s a mirror on the other side! That allows for lots of natural light to shine through and enables you to enjoy the view – wherever you are in the villa.

Comoon Villas has a fitness room and an all-day reception and concierge service. Your villa manager can arrange car-hire, trips and tours around the island and to neighbouring islands, recommend places of interest to visit and can book a spa therapist to come to your villa and give you a relaxing massage on your balcony. There’s also a villa manager on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your villa has a maid service every day.

Chaweng Noi is nestled in the hills between the two main towns of Chaweng and Lamai and both are only a ten minute drive away. Chaweng has hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, a large shopping mall and a 5km stretch of beach that you can see from your villa. And Lamai also has an almost equal amount of amenities and surrounding beaches.

From your villa you can see downtown Chaweng, the expanse of Chaweng Lake, the small, off-shore island of Koh Som and all the way to Koh Pha Ngan. Villa Lipe offers a wonderful way to experience a luxurious lifestyle in the sun.
